A Tribute Book is endless. We offer unlimited pages so no matter the number of photos, stories, and purchases online, you can feel confident we are capturing every detail of the online obituary. Better yet, the book always looks polished, and the family didn't have to spend endless hours creating the content. 

Tribute Book’s software is very intuitive, with built-in page formatting, which automatically balances the number of photos, stories, and purchases across the pages — meaning no edits are needed. At this time, families cannot edit the book or add/remove pages. In the future, we will be adding additional editing options based on customer requests from funeral homes and families. Funeral home and Tribute Book staff can edit comments as needed.

Yes! We designed our books to be a precious keepsake even without any engagement from family members or the public. The software that creates these keepsake books automatically configures what is there so the book looks professional and polished for every family. We even include blank, lined Remembrance Pages to allow family members to record additional memories in the book after they receive it. 

We include a QR code at the back of each Tribute Book that lets the family easily order additional copies! They can also order copies anytime directly through the deceased's online obituary.

We delay printing for 10 days after the publish date of the obituary to allow family and friends to make contributions to the Tribute Book. If any orders are placed during this initial 10-day time period, those orders will begin printing on the 11th day. The book will print any messages or photos left during that timeframe. We inform family and friends of this print date on the Tribute Book widget which is located on every online obituary. By delaying printing for 10 days after the obituary's publish date, we allow people, both near and far, the opportunity to share, comment, and contribute to the Tribute Book before any copies begin printing.

After the initial 10 days has gone by, customers can expect their printed book to contain the same content they see in their digital preview at the time of their order.  Books ordered after the initial 10 days begin printing immediately.

If a family would like more time to add content to their Tribute Book before it prints, they may do so up until 1 day before their order is scheduled to print. The link to request a custom print date is found in the order confirmation email, which includes the original print date and the link to customize it. If the print date is customized, the family will receive a confirmation email noting their new print date. If the family attempts to update their order's scheduled print date after that date has passed, the link will not allow them to do so. 

Yes! If a family is buying more than one book, we offer 3 discount levels (5%, 10%, and 15%) based on the quantity of books ordered. During checkout, the family will receive a discount when they increase the quantity on their order to certain amounts. Books must be part of the same order and shipped to the same address to receive the discount.
